Dear Readers,
We bring you Release #1, prefacing it with, ”pay close attention to the details”. This is going to show what the majority of our community has known all along. That the Farragut Press is no longer a reliable source of news and information. They cherry pick their news sources and do not verify the information that they publish. Again, please read our verification policy here.
When #BiddleFarm became a reality for many of us. None of us really knew what prompted the sudden interest in that property. Sure, there were developers that have sniffed at it here and there but none that followed through. We as a community came together to try to get the town to consider tabling the topic so that the developer would work with the community. Yes there were posters made that “maybe” the count of apartments that were coming was not entirely accurate. That is what we get for estimating. Let’s not let these things take away from the focus of what is really happening in our town. All information has been legally obtained through proper channels and open records requests.
We are going to start these releases with high lighting, the Biddle Farm Project and the meeting where the zoning was changed on January 14th, 2021. This is the meeting that started quite a few fires that have not been put out and it’s been over 2 years since. In this meeting Budd Cullom States that he was approached by a couple of members from the FBA to see if he would have a conversation with the Town Staff about this property. Watch the clip below it’s taken Directly from the Meeting
You can see the full version of the meeting here .
What was going on during that meeting behind the monitors and blacked out screens is a whole other story. This meeting lasted until after midnight, as we all watched the meeting.
See Exhibit A
In this you will find an Email from Michelle Hollenhead (Farragut Press) and Mayor, Ron Williams that was taking place during the meeting and Vice Mayor Louise Povlin was CC’d on the original email as you can see in the thread.
Please make note at the top, the time this email was sent.
This is what was going on during the #TownOfFarragut Board of Mayor and Alderman (BOMA) meeting with the Mayor, Ron Williams And Vice Mayor, Louise Povlin. The question we are left with after reading these, is why is this reporter colluding with Mayor, Ron Williams and Vice Mayor, Louise Povlin before the meeting is even over? Also, I wonder how often the Vice Mayor, Louise Povlin uses her Gmail account and personal devices for official business. Pretty sure that once you start using that account and devices for official purposes it becomes public record. That’s another topic for another day.
Exhibit B
Below see Exhibit C that is in Reference to the bottom highlighted attachment on that email.
More reason to believe that these statements did not come directly from Budd Cullom, Developer. Michelle was getting the article approved by Mayor Ron Williams.
See Exhibit D
Here is another for your viewing pleasure that just confirms the icing on the cake that the Farragut Press is not a reliable source any longer. Guaranteed an Assurance of Privacy for public officials where sunshine laws are mandatory. Sounds like to us that they are going to protect the Vice Mayor, Louise Povlin at all costs even if she violates state law.
See Exhibit E
We bring to you Tony Cox and Ron Williams to the scene
See Exhibit F
Another Farragut Press Employee, the publisher, Tony Cox… It really looks like the Farragut Press is definitely in on covering things up for the town. They only publish things about the town that get approved through Mayor, Ron Williams and Vice Mayor, Louise Povlin. Several citizens have not had their Press Talks published due to this. As the story turns stay tune for the next release.
Also make note’s on the story changing about the procurement of #BiddleFarms, why are they not being honest? What does #FarragutBusinessAlliance have to hide?
Dear Readers there are more emails and documents to be had as we do our Farragut Files weekly release. So be sure to subscribe so you can read our next release. Oh and please share this with your friends. We need everyone in the whole town to see what is going on under their noses.
